Next is the 30-80 meter kit and auto antenna tuner additions
to this fine CW rig
Vhunter > My ICE QNT trike.. loaded up to go on a tour. No Radio stuff on it at this time though...
My plans are for either my FT-817 and HFpackAMP to go into the 'bar bag' on the side mount with battery in either one
of the seat side bags or one of the red bags. Or mount the an IC-703 'body' in a box on the rack with battery and put the control
head on the bar-bag. Not sure what I am going to do for antenna yet. I have several antennas to choose from. Hamsticks, Buddie stick or pole, outbacker (belongs to my dad) or a small motorized screwdriver antenna. Worried a bit about vibration on that last one..
Vhunter > A little bit of solder paste goes a LONG way! Each pad has a small pile of solder past on it, and is being warmed up a bit on the coffie warming plate.
Vhunter > Some of the group at the March '06 meeting.
Vhunter > A surface mount device hold down clamp for soldering, by wb0qqt.
A close up of the board. I think it was a 'flip flop' circuit to help "answer" yes or no questions.. :)
